Removing stains and cigarette smells
For some people smoking has become a necessity, some even thought it as lifestyle. But then it became habits they brought till up in the car. As a result even spread bad smell and cigarette ashes scattered in the cabin of the car.
Although currently there is no smoke, does not mean the problem is completed. The odor does not necessarily disappear. Cigarette ashes scattered to be one of the causes. This articles doesn’t meant to judge or stop people smoking cigarette, but at least you’ll know how to get rid the stains and smells inside your car.
The main cause of the odor is a stain attached to the cabin. This stain comes from cigarette smoke containing nicotine. Nicotine stains most easily found on the ceiling because the colors are so yellow.
Besides the smell, the ceiling is exposed to cigarette smoke is so unsightly it gets dirty. Not quite up there. Door Panel
How to clean the door panel is the same with the ceiling. But the part that is difficult to reach, such as power window buttons can be used a brush to help work.
Steering wheel
This section is easily soiled due to direct contact with the hand while driving. The cleaning process is as easy as the door panel.
Rear view mirror
Feature stained glass mirror that nicotine is as dewy surface. To clean the glass needs cleaning (glass cleaner). Spread on the glass and wipe with a clean cloth in order to get sleek and clean rear view mirror.
Center console
Often contracted from small piece of cigarette ash and holding the gear lever. But do not worry, because in order to clean up this section do the same with other parts. And to give the impression to be sprayed glossy vinyl and rubber conditioner.
Ashtray
We could consider this section as a nest of ashes and cigarette butts and can spread the odor of nicotine throughout the cabin. How clean is simple, which is separated from its seat ashtray and dispose of ashes and cigarette butts are left. Flush with water and pour it all purpose cleaner. Brush with a toothbrush and rinse with water. Last ashtray wipe for drying.
Bench
Cigarette ash often fall to bench, to clean it just sucked it with vacuum cleaner. But if the smell of odor can be used vinyl and rubber cleaner, as the same process we go through with the ceiling.
Carpet
The problem with the bench. Remove the carpet from the car and flush with water. Then apply a dab of soap and brush. After the foam out, while brushing flush with water until clean. Last dry with a way of drying.
The final phase of clean-up process is by spraying deodorizer in the cabin. You could spray on the above mentioned parts, mainly air-conditioning, ceiling and benches. Well, hopefully now the smell and stains nicotine in your car has gone away.
