Dome Light Dimmer
What car you got now? what was the production year? and was it European or American manufactured? or was it Japan or Korean car? Why was I questioning it, because an old car, especially manufactured by Japanese and Korean company don’t have dome light dimmer features.
The most common usage of this dome light dimmer usually handy when you often traveling on night and have to prepare a parking ticket and payment. It would more comfortable, if the lights stay alive even if the door has been closed as a plural in luxury cars.
Cabin lights (dome light) like the European cars, will stay on when the car door opened, and door were closed, the light not immediately off but will remain for a while and then fade slowly until extinguished. It’s really elegant sightings and handy for some people, which obviously we don’t get it in certain car.
Well for you whom like to experiment, these features you could do it on your own.
VR1: To set the time delay.
VR2: To regulate the intensity of the LED’s.
Please note, that note the input switch is in the scheme is NEGATIVE INPUT!
For cars Positive signalized sensor output, it is necessary to change the relay position which is connected to a positive change to the ground along with its diodes.
